Trying to stay positive but today the following happened.

Driving normally, not hard

Went round a corner and .no drive, no garage

Clutch down, into gear, nothing. It's like it's in neutral. Jeez. Maybe M3W just ain't for me.
Shame.

And to cap it all, how the hell do you load a pic up on this site. Sorry to blow of steam but I want to enjoy my car.

I know where you're coming from, not the most reliable of things unfortunately.

When you operate the starter does it turn over the engine as normal or just spin freely, if the later then probably the rubber Centa rollers have disintegrated.

Loading photos typifies the Morgan experience. It takes another website and dissecting photos there and importing them to here. Makes no sense to me but I mastered it, finally.

The forum site is constantly hacked by Bots as well - Not sure the Admin is aware of this.

There is a detailed set of instructions about how to post a photo on this forum in the "welcome" section. It sounds like your Centa rollers have broken up. Can you re-start the engine with the starter motor or does it just whirl over without turning the engine? If it just motors over without any engine cranking, they have failed completely. Total failure can happen if you ignore all the vibrations, noise and rubber smells and chunks of rubber roller on the floor.

Does sound like the Centa rollers. It is an engine out job to replace, would recommend the Phil Bleazey modification whilst it is out, as you can then replace the rollers at the side of the road if needed. Contact Phil as he can take the engine out and modify the Centa.

Thanks for the info. Whilst appreciate the advice, it's very difficult to isolate vibrations as the very nature of the car ' Vibrates ' I like to think I'm pretty in tune with emerging problems.
I've had Rudge Ulsters, specials, Broughs, Cottons, you name it really. Never have I experienced a quick and swift catalogue of problems. Whilst the support is there on this community & It is appreciated, I can't help but feel this was one big mistake.

Morgan really do need to get involved in this forum and help the community.

As for the photo uploading advice, I get it, but oh my god it's " Dickensian " ( at it's best ) and one that I won't subscribe to.

Again. thanks for the tips, I'm grateful.
