I've just seen that the Le Mans Classic has been postponed until July 2022, but they are also holding one in 2023 as well as it's the centenary year of the 24 Hr. Dates to be confirmed.

Thanks for the information, I had booked tickets for the original dates in 2020 and bumped the booking forward to 2021. Think I’ll request a refund and rebook for 2022 when things are more settled.

We have today received notification from Peter Auto (the organisers) that the 2021 Le Mans Classic, already postponed once from 2020, is to be postponed yet again until July 2022.

Unfortunately, VinMog already has commitments for July 2022 and so we aren’t able to accept this latest postponement.

We know that you, like us, will be very disappointed at this second disruption to our plans, and we do thank you all for your patience and support over the past very uncertain twelve months.

We are in the process of cancelling our bookings with the various event organisers and hotels for the 2020 event, and we are asking for the return of all monies that we paid over to them for tickets, accommodation and meals, etc. in advance of the 2020 event before it was postponed the first time.

We are hoping to arrange a small trip over to Montlhèry in May 2022 as this event was itself postponed from 2021. We will let you know our progress on planning this once we have been able to resolve Le Mans Classic.

There will be a subsequent Le Mans Classic to be held in July 2023 to coincide with the centenary celebrations of the 24h du Mans. We will be looking at what we might be able to arrange for members in 2023, whether it be to that LMC or to another event. Nothing has yet been decided.

We will, of course, keep everyone informed of further developments.

Will have to wait until 2023, and see what happens. 2013 will soon come around folks.

Thanks for the clarification. I booked direct hence no email from Vinmog. It will be interesting to see how easy it will be to get a refund, here’s hoping.
