not sure who makes the mirror. I bought it from Melvyn Rutter in the UK.
you have to drill a hole in the center windscreen support.
you can put it a whatever level you want. I drilled mine so its about 2 inches blow the top of the screen.
One of the other users told me to be sure to drill the hole low enough that the mirror is not above the screen.
