Not obscure .... but once visited, never forgotten .... was there last 45 years ago .... another world .... open air, anaesthetic-free dentists (deck chair, parasol and pliers) .... snake-botherers, little finches that told your fortune, beggars and potentates ..... souk would sell you things you'd never heard of .... and there were shops selling dried reptiles, dead eagles and amulets for conjouring those things which were not forthcoming for mere money!! ..... exciting and, in those days, not a little dangerous! 🙂 ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2021/03/28/20210328_195416.jpg) K Ps ... the satellite dishes and phone aerial in the tower are definitely new additions .... tho somehow they just highlight how the modern world is just a superficial skim over the top of the old
