Its time consuming getting in between all those fins. Doing it by hand with polish. Has anyone come up with a labor saving method for polishing up all the aluminum fins on the engine Jugs?

the jugs on my HD are painted black from the factory. otherwise it is a PITA to clean them

Try a Dremel or similar with the small sanding/polishing tools.. You may be able to do some or most of them. A flexi extension for a drill is another alternative. My Dremel has one in the kit.

Use a paint stirring stick from home depot and wrap a microfiber around it.

Mothers Mag and Aluminium polish with a dremmel and plenty of rags, it’s slow messy work but reasonably successful.

Driving is always better than polishing and, as Kevin says, you cannot see the fins from the seats....
