Many people are judging it from photos alone (in fact, most people); therefore, I'm not sure how fair that is.
In the metal, it looks very different. I had similar reservations (based on my perception of the proportions) until I had the chance to see it in person. It works very well (imho) and the width, which is where you can see it really isn't a narrow bodied Trad, gives it a very purposeful stance.
To anyone who is on the fence, or negative, I'll be interested to hear your opinion (and whether it has changed), once you see the new Morgan Plus 8 in the metal.

I was lucky enough to see one on a recent visit to the factory (to have a new hood fitted on my 4/4) I thought it looked great. Very differant to my 4/4 (which I also love) but the +8 looked really purposeful. I would be happy to drive one around for you for a few months to do some market research.

I have to say that when Dave and I saw it last month.....my video is posted on here somewhere... I changed my mind about it. It really does look low and mean and really just needs a decent set of wheels on it and a spare wheel fitted. It was mentioned earlier about the width of the wings making it difficult to get out of....I sat in it and found it no more difficult to exit than my 4/4.

More Chris Harris than PH. He gave the Aeromax a glowing review.

Still a great write up on PH, hopefully some more feedback as they have it for a few weeks.

How do you stand on cancelling the M3W order, will you lose your deposit? I'm really tempted to one as well. However, I have reservations about the overall finish and build quality on what is a very expensive hobby car.

Remember this time last year with the forthcoming M3W about to be shown at Geneva? You may have a long wait for the new Plus 8!!
