I checked my immobiliser fuse this morning. It didn't improve immobiliser response, but it did remind me that the impressive fuse box schematic on the lid of the electronics box has fuse box A and fuse box B reversed.
Never trust Morgan fuse box schematics.

Here are two photos of the fuse box:

After removing fuse 1 of fuse block B (first fuse on the left with 7.5A in the lower fuse block) and reinserting it (ignition was off), the engine started again without any problems. The fuse is described as "ECU/IMMOBILISER". I do not assume that this increased the sensitivity but rather that a reset was triggered. I don't know how the immobilizer works and if that is a possible explanation.

I wonder if removing the fuse allowed the immobiliser relay to re-energise?

I just checked the top of my box. The schematic is different. In the upper part, the Fuse Box A and Fuse Box B labels are reversed. Lower centre there is no block representation of the fuse box with numbers.

But the inside of my box is the same as yours.

There are immobilizers that also communicate with the engine control unit. The fuse in question also affects the engine control unit. It would be interesting to know how the immobilizer (in the Plus 4 2018) works.

Back to days outs in Mogs. today the GEG went to Hawki's for a BBQ in the sun and then some of us drove on down to the seafront.

The BBQ was great , thanks Hawki. His drive looked epic.

I went for a short run, as it is my 69th birthday today, but it was too cold to really enjoy for long, even with heater and heated sets.

Great collection of Mogs,

I'm going to the Pub on Monday... has to be done!
