Unusual for a car of that age to need a new chassis I suspect the owner meant the upgraded chassis was fitted when built, rather than had a 2nd chassis fitted...

Unusual for a car of that age to need a new chassis I suspect the owner meant the upgraded chassis was fitted when built, rather than had a 2nd chassis fitted... If I recall from previous posts the chassis was accident damaged when a wishbone failed at low speed. Hence the need for a new chassis.
