Is it me or do other gentlemen of a certain age, suffer from Mog Aggravated Diuretics (MAD)? No matter how empty my bladder on departure, within twenty minutes of hitting the road I’m busting for a pee, and then again at regular intervals until I’m totally dehydrated! No other vehicles, including early Mogs, have the same affect. Is it the low frequency big-twin-vibration reaching parts that higher frequencies don’t reach? Is it the change in temperature often associated with open top motoring? Perhaps it’s the result of anticipation and excitement at the thought the three-wheeled adventure to come. Or is it something to do with the angle of dangle or angle of squab to seat? Whatever is at the root of the problem I’m sure I’m not the only one thus afflicted. I have been embarrassed on numerous occasions by having to stop at unsuitable locations and ‘making my own arrangements’ but I am hoping that someone can offer advice. I really don’t want a catheter to become essential M3W equipment.

Age, level of anticipated excitement and temperature all take their toll in my case. Although I have owned one it's certainly not limited to M3W ownership. Keeping clear of the obvious diuretics, coffee, juice etc. helps a little though.

If somebody has the solution for a peeless 2 hr. 3W ride, I will be eternally grateful. If it involves adult diapers, I don't consider that a solution.

Screamingly funny, in a-sad sort of way. As a 2 time cancer survivor, the last one being prostate cancer, i would say get your PSA LEVELS checked. Enlarged prostate has the side effect of frequent peeing... no waiting around to go...i had to give up kayaking because of it; a “drysuit” was suddenly no so dry and damned hard to get out of quickly😱. And then to add insult to injury the cancer treatment severely degraded bowel control too!!

Oh the joys of your Golden Years.

A tip for you coffee drinkers, chew chocolate covered or plain coffee beans and you don’t pee as often and are still awake.

I am relieved (no pun intended) to find that I am not alone with the Mogpee affliction.

I have never understood how I can drink one mug of coffee and then discharge what seems to be a factor of ten within 2 hours.

At least if you are a Chap the World is your urinal.

As already mentioned, I think a heady mixture of vibration, excitement and the general euphoria of enjoying such a fabulously Politically incorrect vehicle take their toll.

Someone, somewhere, will come up with a Mogpee solution one day perhaps. I am keeping my eye on the Alternative Parts List just in case....

We are lucky to be able to enjoy such marvelous vehicles -- to pee or not to pee.

So does bladder cancer.

As well as having your PSA checked, change to only decaffinated drinks. I have been treated for P.C. and eliminating caffine in drinks has made a big difference, although I also think that the Morgan seat design places extra pressure on the bladder.

A large cup of tea from Starbucks, once drunk the vessel comes in handy, just try not to overfill and check the wind direction when emptying on the move, normally one pee fills the cup three times but at least you keep on moving smile

It might help since caffeine is a diuretic. I roast decaf beans that you cannot tell by taste that it is not high test or regular coffee. So all is not lost.

God help you with bladder cancer if that is the problem. Three friends of mine have had that...
