Hi anyone know where I can get a wash wipe stalk or compatible ones such as triumph? The usual places such as Ritter seem to only have indicator stalks

I don't there are any new switches to be had, if you do find one it will be very expensive compared to an indicator stalk, which I find strange because the indicator switch is a more complicated item. However it is the same switch as used on the Triumph Dolimite which are advertised secondhand regularly

Easy to adapt though if not bothered with originality. I've used an indicator switch from a mini - bit of fettling and rewiring, but over £100 cheaper than OE.

I would still use an original model switch, because generally I think you will find a lot these copy switches are of a very flimsy construction, the contacts are thin, the moldings are poor, all in all a bit rough and lightweight
Not that Lucas were ever the best.

Mne was not a 'copy', original Lucas from a different model so came without the 'Morgan Mark Up' price. Most of the time, the only difference is the plug on the end. I cut the plug off my old, and spliced it onto the new.

Rimmer have several 'OE' wash wipe stalks in stock, and again it appears the only difference is the plug on the end. Couple of minutes with a wiring diagram and a soldering iron and job done.
