Oh my goodness, that's a lot of disturbed parts & electrical connections tugged apart to gain access, I do hope the outcome is a lasting cure

Looks like the wings are sat in the yard outside on a stack of tyres !

This afternoon works on my car should be finished.

Last friday the garage has received a kit to avoid the noise

of the brakes ,will see if it s working

Do you know what is in the kit?

I dont know but the noise is gone.
The nose has been repainted and the boot adjusted.
They found lots of lose bolts not used.

I had some noises from the right door
but it was those unused bolts.

The radiator is replaced

Very satisfied now

The brake squeal is really impacting on my driving pleasure now (headache and ear wobbles) and getting embarrassing at low speeds…
Is the brake kit an MMC thing ie something that my local dealer can get for my first service?
Without wishing to pry was it covered under warranty and if not, was it expensive coz I’ve reached the stage where I’m not prepared to accept it for the long term and hope my dealer can help!?

It is a MMC Kit, and it’s done under warranty, mine is booked in for it to be done at the end of May.

Ye Gods! Having just completed replacement of my Roadster radiator (as a future-proofing measure - not because it was leaking) with one of Simon's finest, I don't think I'd have been tackling the job if I'd bought a CX-platform car. About to tackle the replacement of the sump for the same reason. I think I'm even more inclined to stay as I am - with a car that I stand some chance of fettling as and when the need arises.

Last week I visted my Morgan dealer in NL to replace corroded fittings for 3 indicators. A mirracle they worked, albeit intermittently....
Next to my Roadster was a rather new Plus Four, it was dismantled in a similar fashion as shown in p8mog’s pictures, reason: replacing a leaky radiator. I think a pattern is developing here.
