I arrive home today and my radiator failed again. I mailed my dealer to already order the 4th radiator in 4000miles 😂😂😂. Let's hope this will be the last. With this type of cars the first 10.000 miles are the worst after that It should be fine... hopefully 🤔🤔😂😂😂

Sorry to read this PiGo pretty shocking - I got this from MMC today but I note no mention of the radiator being improved/shock mounted or whatever the problem is, or brakes squealing so it's window dressing.. Good luck for a speedy repair.

They should be happy. 12 hours works but only 8 hours paid by the factory.

This thread reads like some of the Threads on the Tesla Motors Club forum.
The CX cars are new and in the world outside Malvern Morgan is a tiny, tiny part of the car manufacturing industry. They are embarking on, for Morgan, a massive adventure into the unknown and so far I'd say they are making a really rather good job of it. Tesla are a lot larger, but in absolute terms, also a minnow in a world of sharks. What neither Tesla nor Morgan has is an army of media management specialists and years of marketing experience. The big brands spend millions manipulating brand image, just look at Mercedes AMG, their spend is massive and includes running a rather successful F1 team. Never forget that all this is paid for, indirectly, by the customers.
I prefer the adventure option, even if it means the cars may not be as perfect as customers believe the big brands are. If my Plus 8 died and I got an insurance pay out I'd order a new CX Plus 4 in a heartbeat. It would probably need some attention, but my factory owned and pampered Plus 8 wasn't totally fault free, though MMC sorted it all. Now at 44,600 miles it runs and drives like a well oiled machine.

Well as some of you may recall I was on the cusp of ordering a Plus Four at my good ladies suggestion but a long trip out in the Plus 8 convinced me alongside the repeated failure of a major component (radiator) and poor brakes and seating ruled it right out for me, at least until they get their act together.
My wife does not accept failures in a car costing 30k so the idea of a 90k Morgan letting us down would be laughable to her and that's fair comment. She is the most sensible person I've met in 70 years.

Update on the Plus Four repairs.
After having the new radiator fitted and with several hundred miles added to the clock, so far, no problems, I’ve also had the brake update kit done and again with over two hundred miles done, I’ve had no squealing from the brakes, forwards or backwards.
When We purchased the Plus 8, (which we owned for over 22 fantastic years), within the first 18 months of ownership the radiator broke and over its life, two further radiators where required. I also replaced the brakes with a kit from Mulfab and they were far superior to the standard brakes.
After selling the Plus 8 we purchased the New Plus Four, mainly at the better half’s behest. And okay we’ve had a few teething problems, (as I did with the Plus 8) I would expect nothing more from a Morgan. Would I change back to a Plus 8, no, in my humble opinion the Plus Four is far easier to live with for us than the Plus 8, okay, I’ll admit that the seats aren’t the best, but I can live with that for a while and see how it goes, and maybe at a later date, I’ll adjust that problem. But for now I’ll just enjoy.
