Hello René I just got this "T-Schlauchverbinder" from Morgan Park near Hamburg. It is in brass (Messing) and has a 16mm outside diameter. Approx 9€ without shipping. I will replace the plastic piece between three coolant hoses which i do not really trust. You need a few flexible hose clamps. This is one design. Eurocarparts - there are other (better) versions available. When I did my 4/4 using 3 clamps, I hardly spilt a drop.

That or artery forceps or tie them off with string Dear John, as I‘m only on the way with my schoolenglish I think it‘s English humor at it’s best. And: I allways think about what happens when… so my idea: if the plastik T has a break, only the T is broken. If I use something messing/brass/copper… where did the vibration/ force work? Clear, the next point. The (very) next point would be the waterreservoir… so better to keep the way? Greets René

Small woodworking g-clamps with some wood scraps for packing would probably do at a pinch (no pun intended 🙂)

After some search I noticed a very important thing: some of the plastic is resistant against all kind of petrol, but it has problems with
antifreeze!
