Out of the garage for a wash and POLISH ... yes, it gets a polish for the summer.
Then change the wheels back to the 19" AeroMax wheels and tyres for the summer.
On Monday we plan to go out for a good, long run!!

I wandered up county to the A27, and headed east until the traffic stopped. Turned around and came home. A pleasant hour out in my mobile tanning salon :-)

I managed a few hours out around Surrey, East Sussex and West Kent on Monday afternoon and stopped for an ice-cream in Bexhill. Fantastic weather and great run with the exception of a bit of sticky traffic for a while on the way home on the A21.

Yes just took my wife shopping in Sevenoaks in it roof top down.
Couldn’t get anything in it. Result

a three day jaunt to Malvern to get the Aero serviced by Mark (Middleton Motor Services at Upton Severn).Usual thorough job by him and all is well for another year (I hope!) Glorious weather and a lovely stay at the Swan Inn in Hanley Swan. I may be a sad old g*t, but I feel that MMC has gone all corporate: I miss the comfortable, slightly down at heel image that used to be portrayed.
Someone is paying for all the glitz and glamour and it isn't the shareholders...but the customers.
It could be any car showroom...

Peter - I know what you mean; everything was looking a bit too 'glitzy'.
On our first visit several years ago , we parked up in the Factory yard (probably shouldn't have !) and had a cup of tea and a biccy from the works canteen before visiting the Spares department and then having a general nosey around.
Sadly, it was after the days when you could wander 'at will' around the factory and chat to the workers but it still felt very authentic ( probably a H & S nightmare....!)
