Thanks Graham! Don’t know if you’ve seen my other oldie in the trim shop - the 1970 Plus 8? It’s now back in its original Indigo Blue, will be there next Monday to see progress… I have now. It's presently tucked in with lots of others in the "Aero" shop (as was). Can't get close to it, for the moment (at least not with a string of people in tow!)  I'm in on Monday - 2 tours.

Still awaiting delivery of the Minisprint, they are servicing it and then MOT-ing it. I don’t have the photos as yet, but I do have a PDF of an article from MiniWorld magazine on the car. If anyone wants a copy, then PM me your email address and I’ll send you one.

Good to see you too Brian. Hopefully they will get on and finish your Plus 8 soon. There is another tucked in the corner of PDI still unpainted.
Plenty of tours happening, with nominally a maximum of 6 per tour, going out every 20 minutes is the only way to accommodate the number of people who wish to see around the factory. Things will quieten down once larger groups are allowed.

Sorry for the rather dilatory reply, we have a major birthday in the family and this took my time.

Expecting the car this week, after it's been mechanically checked over and MOT'd. Leaving shorlty for the Morgan Sunset Track Day so will post some photos on my return...

Thank you for the news, I didn’t see anything about it on the Net. What a shame, I never met him, but will treasure my little Minisprint created by him some 8-years ago. May he RIP.

Neville Trickett passed away last Friday.
RIP He was a clever engineer, trialling all sorts of ideas, like a geared dizzy that ran slower to stop points bounce at high revs, and various other A Series mods IIRC, Sir Stirling Moss owned a Minisprint
