Yes Fabrizio, I agree, I had also intended to mention that July, and particularly August are the peak holiday periods and that the cost of hotels etc. is much higher.
The period you suggest, from mid May to June, can have fantastic weather here on the lake. This year has been a bit strange but we also had a period of good weather in September and it was still warm enough to swim in the lake.
I am very curious as to whether you find the sun visors useful and also, having lived with the beautiful wood rimmed steering wheel, I was wondering how comfortable you find it on a long distance drive.

Peter: If you want to visit Italy best to avoid July and August. Here in the north it can be really hot and humid. Come and visit us in Mandello del Lario and we will see if we can convince you to trade the Harley for a Guzzi  It is also possible to have both Harley and Guzzi together in the same stable. I did some trips of about 500/600 km in one day driving quite continously and I didn't have any problem with the wood rimmed steering wheel. About the sun visors I think that is impossible to me to drive without it overall when the sun is down in the horizon or in full summer when the sun is high in the sky over your head. ciao fabrizio

After reading various opinions on the pros and cons of the sun visors I had almost decided to add them to my order. Your input has helped me to make up my mind to order them. I can always remove them if I find them inconvenient.
As for the wood rimmed steering wheel I owned a 1967 Maserati Quattroporte in Australia. I sold very reluctantly for less than it cost me to restore it when I moved to Italy (it would have been totally impractical to bring it here). It had a steering wheel almost identical to that fitted to your car and on longer distance drives I always wore driving gloves. After seeing the photos of your Plus 4 which is very similar to the car we have ordered I think I have convinced myself to order the Motolita wood rimmed wheel too. I'm really missing that wood dashboard and steering wheel.

The interior of your Mog is very impressive.
Are they the MK / Morgan park indiactors, if so how do you find them?
is your dashboard a standard MMC one, it certainly does not look like walnut

Thanks for your questions:
a)I changed the indicators 1 year after tha car was delivered because I didn't like the plastic one from factory. I changed at my dealer in Milano Borghi Automobili and I think they are MORGANPARK. I bought also the dashboard at the same dealer and is elm briar:as you can see the profile in more round and elegant then that from factory with little more space from dashboard and gear usefull for your hand when you have to change.
b) The color is whitehall white.
