Nice one George, it's a cracking day for a spin out in the Mog. I agree with you, recording the sound is a pain, the camera seems to adjust its gain to pick up only the loudest sound! Often that is wind or road noise. We're still experimenting, yesterday was disappointing as the cable became unplugged and we didn't notice till we got back

We're still experimenting, yesterday was disappointing as the cable became unplugged and we didn't notice till we got back Gordon, like you on my first run I forgot to plug the the line serving the remote mic into the camera.. Second run no such problem though still recording too much wind, even though I located the mic much as Mossy advised in his vid, Next stage is to search out a hairy cover for my mic to replace the foam one which seems to be no improvement on the GoPro`s internal mike when compared across both this mornings runs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAgCBlVUFos
