Well I received my K&N RG-1001 filter. But of course it does not fit because I would have to remove the air box canister but doing that removes the support for the air sensor. Talked with Cain at Wolf Performance and he is fabricating a mount for another customer so that could be the way to go. In the meantime I have looked at the existing filter - a FRAM CA4744A and it is filthy. Called K&N UK who were very helpful - suggesting their E-2350. That's now on order.

The standard air box is very tight around the stock filter giving a very restricted air flow so doing away with it and also getting it to suck cold air would be an improvement. Suggestions with pictures would be useful please.
