Can I add my name to the list of those welcoming you to TM. I guess I came from a different direction to Morgan ownership from you, as my preferred marque of sports car seemed to be evolving into more of a GT at a time when I was becoming desirous of a more vintage style sporting drive, and found Morgan to fit the bill rather well. I hope you enjoy the whole Morgan experience including the time you care to spend on here. thumbs

Welcome J and J. That's quite a mix of cars you own. Any chance of some photo's?

And a warm welcome from the South of England!
The twin cam Fiat engine is a joy, but does rather need well set up carburettors - I'm assuming it has twin twin choke carbs.

Welcome from North Yorks. I think we met at the Punch Bowl about six weeks ago. Good to see you've found a Mog and I look forward to seeing it in the flesh.
Cheers

All,
Many thanks for the welcome, we have sent off our application to join the Yorkshire Centre.

I will paste photos once I have studied the guidance on how to do so.

Peter, Yes, the carb does need setting up (I enjoy jetting carbs), firstly I am undoing the ill advised fuel system mods carried out by the Lotus specialist that previously (expensively) maintained the car!

John07, Yes, we did meet at the Punch Bowl, you were both most generous & helpful in guiding our decision making process, looking forward to meeting again, and hoping that you will approve of our choice of car!

Regards to all

Jack

Jill enjoys touring in the Pembleton but admired Morgans for features such as doors, windscreen & hood - are we the only couple to buy a Morgan for the luxuries?
Jill will use the 4/4 as her everyday car, says this is only viable as she has me to look after it...

great, welcome. A little gem you have there with the lovely Fiat engine. What a pity that circumstances did not allow that model engine to be developed further.
