I think recharging EV's is going to be the least of our problems. Absolutely. For many being able to afford to buy food and not dying of heatstroke are probably going to be more on their minds.

I think recharging EV's is going to be the least of our problems. Absolutely. For many being able to afford to buy food and not dying of heatstroke are probably going to be more on their minds. And paddling up the high street in the dilute polar ice caps, this will be a very interesting and trying era that we will not witness as it’s an old farts site. Our youngsters will need to have far more resilience than we have to survive it. They could be running around with there heads on fire up to their ar8es in water, not a happy prospect... We have to wait and see whether the doom mongers are right first, another SARS might solve the problem beforehand...

I wouldn't get to excited about your kids heads being on fire, a recent report show that the gulf stream is close to collapse, whereby the UK could become around 8°C cooler.

Spot on, during my time at school we were heading for an ice age and then burning up so I take all these "theories" with a pinch of salt at my age and have learnt to be patient and live with what comes along and I won't be changing... Time for a good run out in the Plus 8 tomorrow and rejoice in being here in the moment

Time for a good run out in the Plus 8 tomorrow and rejoice in being here in the moment From memory, it was a Scandinavian scientist that contradicted the theories at the time of how we would survive as a species and said to prevent the Ice Age the world had to produce more Co2 to increase the temperature. I'm sure I read this but it could be complete codswallop. Either way his theory worked.
