At Demand Engineering Ltd we fabricate a performance exhaust for the Morgan Three Wheeler, however, this is only compatible with models prior to the change in the exhaust/heat shield brackets in 2014.

We are now on the lookout for an owner of a newer model, that is located in East Anglia, and willing to bring it to our workshop in Suffolk for development of another sports exhaust that will fit with the different brackets:  If you are interested, please read about our Morgan development on our webshop at www.demandengineering.co.uk and email with details to Laura@demandengineering.co.uk.

Really helpful guys and I can recommend their exhaust for sure.

Chaps, if any MW3 owners are considering this, can I just say that, having had 3 of their systems fitted to my Suffolks ( 2 SS100's and a C Type ) I can recomend them for their quality and noise. Usual disclaimers apply.

Here for a good time not a long time!!

They (KH) probably won't be too helpful as KH also produce their own exhaust....

Would you be able to coat (Cerakote?) the central section in black to keep the current aesthetic of the heat shield? If so, then I’m interested in principle

Thanks

Ref the black finish: try barbecue paint. I've seen it used on F1 cars (at the fast end of the grid too!), and if it's good enough for F1...

Demand do not make the KH pipes for the 3 wheeler (as of end of 2020)..as I have met the guy that does....as had to have a CAT removed that had failed in the header and injected itself into the silencer packing...

I’m not spending £1500 on a new exhaust, drilling holes in my car and then resorting to bbq paint....

I’ll just stick with stock
