Well this statement from Chairman Starmer today I thought was well worth a Monday Smile, sounds like he's going it alone doh rofl

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has said winning the next election is more important than party unity.

Unfortunately this is not good for English democracy and the Government being made accountable, we need an effective opposition (without continuous infighting)

Yes we do need a good opposition and one we can vote for. Sadly labour keep themselves out of any level of credibility.

Yes both, I agree the country has a real thirst for change and he is going to blow this golden opportunity away for Labour which will be sad for us all as monopolies stifle progress..

Comrade Bercow anyone banghead

Yep, it beggars belief that the Labour Party is unable to see that the country is gagging to vote for a centre-left Atlee-type party. Instead they'd rather bog themselves down in internal factionalism.

Their failure to endorse PR or FoM was the last straw for me - they are no longer a credible opposition in my view.

Absolutely, and I know it's a hackneyed turn of phrase but they really do seem to have lost the plot big time.
David Miliband was the last electable PM material they had in my view.

Darn, I had high hopes for a man of his apparent smarts.
Labour, a party looking in the future (from the 1960's)

Looks like my bet on him for the next election has just been shot down.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Unlike his sibling Dick Ed, who made a complete balls of it!
