Hi Robbie, I'll ask Krazy Horse if they or the factory have done anything. As far as I know they just work. Having said that I've no idea if the rear speakers work as the luggage space was full. I'll give it a go with no luggage and let you know. Best regards, John

John - what have you done so as to get volume from thee door speakers? I got the factory boys to look at mine and the could only get a “whisper” out of them by removing the padding which was in front of the speakers! It remains that the only volume heard is from the rear ones— most frustrating!! I would love to hear what you or your dealer did to get you real volume from the door ones!!
Cheers
Hello Robbie.I think you have a connection problem or a speaker problem. I can hear music very well up to 130 km / h.

Unfortunately I’m in the same boat/Plus Four as Robbie….can’t hear a dickie bird out of the front speakers unless I’m parked up on the drive, kneeling on the ground with my ear pressed against the door. For some reason that I can’t work out, Lady HB doesn’t like it when I try the same trick at 70mph on the country lanes. No sense of fun… HB

The auto box is amazing I found the manual a lot slower. I would hope you can test drive both. I came to the same conclusion, I tried to convince myself the manual should be better, but the auto is brilliant

Good afternoon all, I've spoken to Krazy Horse who tell me as far as the Bluetooth is concerned the car is as it left the factory.
I have just tried the system again with no luggage in front of the rear speakers and can say that they could probably blow the back panel out. The whole system is loud way before the max volume setting.
Best regards,
John

Can you find any settings related to "input level". Some devices have the ability to understand different input levels, even over Bluetooth.
Also if you are using a currentish iPhone then look in the settings. Settings Bluetooth Select the device by hitting the I button on the right to go to the "device type" screen next.
If it is set to other or hearing aid (joke) then the language between the devices which includes power settings can be wrong. It should show as car stereo so that the language between the devices works correctly (provided the vendor has implemented CarPlay correctly, look for the logo" and hence the volume and advance track etc are integrated correctly to iTunes on the handset. You could try setting it as headphone to see if that changes things more as a test.
I know that on my Alpine the car volume over-rides the on iPhone volume control. However on the ML63 (older) the volume on the iPhone directly overrides the car volume. I can set the car to as high a volume as I like but if the iPhone is set to 10% I will hear almost nothing. I believe the iPhone has a setting that memorises each attached device (the names on the list under bluetooth) and resets things as it attaches. So if a setting is wrong for that device it will be wrong next time until tweaked. I am using an iPhone 12ProMax with iOS 14.8 and now 15 and it does this.
It might be worth going into the iPhone bluetooth menu, deleting (forget this device in details) and then re joining them (after 30 mins). It is wise to make the radio forget this device from it's end as well if possible as it will remember the iPhone and so may retain some settings.
Another thought? Is the head unit also the AMP? Most AMP's have adjustable level inputs and if they are set to accept a very high output deck this could make a normal input receive less gain and so remain quiet?
Just some thoughts in case they help.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

John, Thanks for that - mine too is as it left the factory and it is definitely”wrong”! I will have to get a car audio expert to check it out as something is amiss - more of this anon
