True, there is that.

Makes me wonder why he didn't just widen the body a bit, as it wouldn't add anything to overall width.

Doesn't his design involve a propshaft tunnel running diagonally through the seats? Looks like the passenger seat is only accessible to those with the tiniest of backsides.
