I got some flack for my comment which I thought was fair. (Mogman888). What I found interesting was the chassis number is registered to a 1970 Canadian Ontario located +8. The same location as the copy. I just wonder if he owned the +8 and ported over the chassis number to get the vehicle registered.

How it got registered as a Morgan Plus 8 is a worry....
