BHM are to far away for me both Keith and Phil have helped me out several times on the phone . I sent a crate of beer in as a thank you and some black pudding , not at the same time . I think Phil drank all the beer and Keith ate all the pudding

I was really sorry to hear this John when first told. I really can't understand why they have allowed it to go to court and not gone for an amicable settlement.

Whilst it is sometimes easy for others to treat out cars as scraps of metal, the customers investment and attachment to them should never been ignored or undervalued.

I've only read what you've said on this thread, and appreciate that there are two sides to every situation, but I do hope you get the situation resolved fairly.

They have sneared at mitigation and given the chance a few days ago their solicitor phoned mine and started what he called proffesional bullying they are going to cut me up and spit me out , I am a Geordie been in business almost 40 years so I have not survived by letting others walk over me .I have proof by photos over the years and miscellany cut outs lads have taken the pee and written was I born with a duster in my hand all my MOTs and the chap knows my car inside out . If I was a spy 001 I would write in my diary what I had done and who I met .I fought a solicitor for almost 10 year as a litigant in person with several crown court trips ( Newcastle ) and won a large amount for his wrong doings ( Im a land lord also) so if they think I will crack it is not in my genes to loose thank for the support Aeroman if I knew how to put the photos on the site of befor and after I would but there are so many .

I heard about this incident a coupe of months ago and, especially in view of the work you had done on your car, I'm in total sympathy with you. The dealer in question must surely be very short sighted here because the Morgan World is a very small one and word does get around

In fact, I was thinking of taking my 4/4 up to that same dealer for a hood modification but once I heard what had gone on with your car, I thought better of it
