This looks like a good deal if anyone needs an aluminium radiator or fuel tank.

Top quality kit from SiFab, my Ali-Rad has been on for 2 years and still looks like new. The discount makes it even more attractive.

Another vote here for SiFab radiators. Had mine fitted early on this year and very pleased with it.

How long, on average, do the plastic header tank rads. last before they need replacing? Mine is now 5 years old, is it likely to give way any second? Should I buy one of Simons lovely bits of art just in case?

Personally, I wouldn’t worry too much...I have just replaced mine after over 10 years and only because the drain plug broke off when I went to change the coolant. In my local MSCC centre of nearly 50 Morgans, I do not know of one that has failed. Yes there are a few stories on this forum, but you need to keep it in context. Having said that, Simon’s rads are a work of art so if you want to pamper your Morgan (and yourself), it is money well spent.
