Good morning,

is there anybody who has installed the alu rear pannel spare wheel cover from Belmog?
If yes, how is the quality and fit?

My car hasn't arrived yet, but already thinking about changes crazy3
Painted in the same black as the Morgan it will look like the MMC cover for the Roadster.
Looks more sporty as with the wheel on the back and can be changed back at any time (if not
fix installed)

BR

I bought one from MMC and polished it. Brands Hatch Morgan supplied it with the badge and brake light. It was around £350 from memory. I also fitted a neoprene seal to stop the paint getting scratched.

Hi John,

your car is the reason i think about that cover. For the plus 8 the part you have used is maybe not possible i suspect.
Or are the screws only decoration? If not bolted, how is the cover fixed? The look is really great. As written by you in the other „cover“ thread, i will use it only for short trips and mount the spare for touring.

It is fitted by the bolts that already existed.

The holes were there with the bolts already. Originally Brooklands Roadsters came with a spare & a cover. The PO kept I think the cover.

Make sure the grommet/seal is thick enough, the rear panel on my car had to be re-sprayed due to damage caused by rubbing - and that was a factory fitted not an after market addition.
I was also told not to overwritten the screws for the same reason
