What are the wear limits on the 4/4 rotors? GoMog lists that pre '92 are .375" when new, but not the wear limit.

Sorry, no idea. I recently had mine changed after 33,000 miles because the old ones had suffered from distortion.

Mine feel fine, just want to go through the whole braking system this winter. I'm guessing the limit is around .325", but I'm hoping for a definite answer.

I would use 0.324 in or 8.5mm for a non ventilated disc minimum thickness.

New they measure .375 I checked them yesterday and that's what they measure, with 49,000 miles. I'm thinking the grease and oil build up on the pads has saved the rotors from wear.
I'm in the process of correcting all the issues.
