and possibly more power......

[Linked Image]

I like the look of the 03 car but after you Sir, well 20,000 trouble free miles after you I could start thinking about it as a possible toy...

The Ford engine and Mazda gearbox are a far better idea than that S&S unit, if they finally get that bevel box and belt arrangement sorted after 9 years of development they will have a winner.

The fluffy detail is so the early adopters can't complain that it wasn't "as described", after they take delivery wink

I might consider upgrading once Morgan has had 2-3 years to sort it out. Reading older posts on this forum, I see 2014 was the darkest year for the mood. After that it lightened up again, and I would rather watch that phase from the outside while I keep fettling my current 3 wheeler.

Sorry if that sounds grumpy but with all the arty car adverts telling you nothing of any use, its easy to be grumpy.

It's called a media tease Howard. MMC teasing what the car might look like and giving details of when the full reveal is to be expected. What you are wanting is normally offered at the lift of embargo/official press release.

Graham I may be wrong , but I think I read that the Geneva Show had been cancelled .

Entirely possible. It was cancelled at the 11th hour last year. The launch PlusFour was driven all the way back to Malvern in one go and the launch carried out at MMC on the day it would have been done at Geneva.

Looks like they did cancel it Graham. This is from the official website citing they are working on something new for 2023. It's a pity as it was one of my more favourite shows for reveals.

My only guess is this will be a virtual reveal much like how many OEMs have done over the last 24 months.

I think you’ll find the Geneva show will never be the same.

Lots of manufacturers have realised the massive saving

Thanks for the link - that seems like a very enlightened future for the show with a lot less ego massaging opportunities grin2

I agree with you Howard…a load of pretentious rubbish and typical designer speak. It’ll be interesting to see the actual reveal….let’s hope it isn’t just a partial one as a teaser. I’m really interested in what the alloy chassis looks like!
