Surely when you are out enjoying the car, you can't see the wheels anyhow ? So you are both winners. Reminds me of when I used to visit Warsaw in the 1980's. At that time the most disliked architecture was the Palace of Culture, which was built in the "Stalin Gothic" style. It was said by many that the best view of the city was from the top of the building, which was the only place you couldn't see the Palace of Culture ! I should add that times change, its architectural merit has been embraced, and it has become the city's symbol. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2021/12/02/Warsaw-Palace-of-Culture.jpg)

Does anyone know if those wheels would fit a 2007 Aero and if so are they still available to buy a set from anywhere?
Cheers, Paul

Very probably...I think all the Aeros, other than those with centre lock hubs, are the same, Simon will be able to speak with authority. You are welcome to come over from Oxted and try.... As to where they come from, they are Italian, made for MMC by Fondmetal and don't seem to be otherwise available.

Thanks Peter for the kind offer to try them. My main concern is that Fondmetal don't seem to be making any new sets of wheels at all for the Aero / Plus 8 series at all any longer from what I can tell from their website. However I'm sure if others on the forum have had success in contacting them specifically about getting a set then maybe I should give that a try too.
Cheers, Paul

I suspect that in order to get the contract to be the supplier they have to commit to not selling the wheel themselves and only let it go through Morgan. This would be a normal industry practice I think. I know that Ale_72 had a few issues finding some winter tyres for his car as he needs Winter tyres for Italy/Swiss and was searching for a pair. It might be worth PM'ing him for a chat?
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

These are a reasonable likeness: https://www.imagewheels.co.uk/billet-46-alloy-wheel/I can't comment on quality, but I had a quote from them when speccing my Aero in 2016, and it was £2-@2500 including a custom paint colour. Will

I'm off the the BHM Christmas Breakfast Club Fair tomorrow but as the whole family want to go I'll have to take the RR rather than the Aero I could take 2 cars but the parking is tight enough so not sure BHM would thank me.
Cheers, Paul

Back in Love… all it took was an early morning drive in Tarka from home to Williams Morgan!
I left home at about 8, as it became properly light and joined the commuters heading into Salisbury. Once out of town on the A36 the traffic was light and the rain stopped, the traffic was light, and I was able to maintain “good progress”. Some drives you feel part of the car, this was one, an absolute joy to feel the car responding to the throttle and steering in a way the Tesla simply doesn’t, oh and don’t forget the delight of the exhaust. Although the road was damp the M&S Tyres gripped well, overtaking was a joy. Tarka is at Williams for an indeterminate time: the reversing light has ceased to function, as has the A/C switch and Cruise Control switch. All are 1st world issues, but I want to get it fixed. As Tony said, it could be a couple of days, or months, if we must wait for electronic parts from Malvern, or SiFab!!
