Very interesting that you can get official information about a particular car based on the license plate, Richard, I just tried it re the Morgan in the picture above. In our country, the (so-called) data protectionists would go through the roof.

Yes Heinz it's interesting this data protection protocol, in many arears in our country they are paranoid but in the case of cars etc they don't seem too bothered.
Possibly it is linked these days to the fact that the police, insurance companies and the DVLA all share this information over here now although it was not always so.

Spotted a startlingly purple 4-seater, **51MOG, this morning, not far from Sammy Miller's at New Milton.
