On my way to get supplies this morning. I was coming out from La Poste when a man stopped to say that his cousin ( now deceased ) had a Morgan. He asked what engine was in the Roadster and then said to me that it is not a car, it's a philosophy, and bid me good day.

Morgans do bring out the best in "normal" people. Great to hear that they are appreciated even in deepest France

It's one of those things isn't it. People always want to stop and chat. A fellow stopped me last summer and told me that one of the happiest days he had had was in the Morgan factory. It was his birthday treat.

That is a lovely story and what a very precise and accurate statement of fact that is "that it is not a car, it's a philosophy" smile clearly a Morgan man at heart..

Exactly the tenet I've been expounding for decades... oldgit
