good evening again from Dubai, I am trying to figure out which version Roadster I have, in terms of engine, ok I know its a 3.0 l ford V6 but is it an s2 or s3? The date in the build book is 28/09/2010, I believe that may make it an S3 but i dont know how to establish that for sure?

S2 has short exhaust primaries, S3 has long primaries

S3 is wider at the front, almost parallel to the rear, so was my former Sports model with which the series 3 was launched in mid 2010, Later on in the same year bespoked series 3 models followed with the same geometry. S2 before looked a bit trapezoid due to the more narrow front.

Following on from the other thread then Simon, will the S3 manifold fit the S2 engine and layout?

To the best of my knowledge, yes....
Mind you the primaries are too small a diameter , and the collector is horrible....
