Spares department don't have any in stock unfortunately. I managed to find an M10 Aluminium spacer 45mm long with OD of 19m on ebay which sounds about right.

The screws are loctited into position which creates its own issues - regular check tightening is the answer

When I bought mine, I found a secret checklist hidden under the leather panel on the dash from a previous owner.
First stand out item on the list was - check fan bolts!
I'm beginning to understand why it was on the list now smile

Make sure when you remove the bolts that you use a flat bottom tap to clean the threads in the heads and a die to clean the bolts before you reassemble with more locktite.

I have always used Loctite 243 on the fan housing bolts and not had any problems with them coming loose or removing them when I have needed to. Not sure what the "issues" are Mark?

If you have JAP style rocker covers you need different size spacers and bolts.

Thanks for all the feedback. EBay spacer arrived and fitted perfectly. I’ve loctited both sides now and will keep and eye of the bolts.
