It used to be called meat and 2 veg . I watched a few Ozzie pick up some big girls from the air conditioned luxury of the Madrid bar in Pat Pong in the 90s. Some came back very quickly.

In my mid 20s I went to Singapore and was taken to Bugis Street, probabaly the most beautiful women I have ever seen, fortunately I was with my girlfriend of the time, who was also in on the joke and was killing herself at my expression. I was finally told the secret. (Grief, that was over 45 years ago)

A little unfair I think, I'm pretty sure Nigella wouldn't look her best after 3 weeks in the Australian jungle.
