Congratulations KRIS, a 4/4 must be a good start (to prepare for one less wheel in the future). Maybe you can remove a rear wheel every now and then to keep up the enthusiasm. I start to see a trend at Talkmorgan, guys are more attracted by the Threewheeler than girls (how many girls can be found on the order list)? I had the same feeling when I once had a fully kitted 110 Defender (i must have been mad selling that lovely beast). When you drove it in town....guys 40+ constantly stopped in the midddle of a step and just stared  ...with a look in their eyes saying: I will sell my house, wife and kids, buy one of these and travel around the world...for ever!

They're a bit more rare everywhere than in the UK!
If I had to come down to one 4-wheeler, the 90 would stay above all else - for it's functionality...
I'd really miss the 4/4 though!

Yes Graham, I fully understand your choice, if you once have had a Defender it will always be "the thing". I also see that you have a very nice set of vehicles, add a Renault Alpine A110 and your collection is complete

Hehe, An A110 - well I see a few (few?, err more than one  )competing at Prescott. Tasty! But, I don't have the garage space, sadly. My first Land Rover was at age 16 (no I wasn't allowed to drive it on the road at first) in 1975 - a 1966 88" SIIa Hardtop - long before the Defender name ever appeared (for MY '91)... Cheers,

Great, the old Landrovers really got something. Sometimes I see old series II and III's for sale but very often in the end of their career. I guess spare parts are quite easy to find and well priced (from UK) but I still have not yet gone from dream to action...well, time will tell!
