Being about 40 miles from the nearest Morgan dealer I have been using a local garage for servicing. They have a history of Morgan ownership and many other local owners use them and, up to now, have had no reason to complain but I've just realised that they don't appear to have been doing some tasks that I would have expected to have paid for. I am not mechanically minded so it is possible that they may not be necessary but it maybe that I have booked a "service" and they have simply checked the usual stuff and topped up or changed fluids. In their defence, there has been regular work on brake and suspension items.
Every other car I've had has been serviced by the appropriate local dealer who has been only too eager to remind me of this year's expensive replacement which i could always check in the Owners Manual. No such document came with the Morgan
The sort of things I had in mind were: Cambelt(s) (although I don't think the Plus 8 has them), Clutch and Brake fluid replacement (also master cylinder). You'll have a better idea than me.

Putting the year of your car will help they produced them from 1969 - 2002 odd with a variety of Rover engines before we can help really.

It's chain timing and a Land Rover Haynes manual covering the year is your friend for the gearbox and engine.

The rest is pretty agricultural really, which is a big plus when doing your own servicing and repairs as quite a number of us older guys prefer to do.

The owners manuals do appear on fleabay etc but are pretty useless really.
