Swopping the disc from another tub is easier than using a spoon! Tried that. Ended up pushing past the outside edges more than through the central hole. I think the R&T is a bit 'tackier' than normal grease. Far less mess with my spoon

Far less mess with my spoon I agree, R&T is a bit too thick to squeeze in like you do with MS3. I use an old 6" steel ruler as it's dead easy to wipe off afterwards and they need a lick of grease now and again to stop them rusting.
