This is the stuff that Brand Hatch Morgan use and said that should be used in these BMW V8s. A quick "Google" and I found it easy to get online. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2021/11/24/FCD454EF-D0ED-4C8A-B4A7-F9E095BB94A6.jpg)

Before someone points out colour is not always proof of what specific version of antifreeze it is...BUT that blue stuff above that only has a 2 year life is pretty basic 'trade' quality, you need to see the small print on the can to check it's BS spec

I see there are newish formulations compatible with both IAT and OAT based antifreeze. I suspect that MMC uses the cheap stuff... next service I'll get the system drained and refilled with OAT Longlife antifreeze/coolant.

Used the same stuff in my Roadster after fitting SiFab rad. A bit of research revealed it was up to the job. Found source on eBay.
Although described as concentrated to -40°C protection it's designed to be used neat. Factory coolant drained out tested to same freezing point.

There's a case for waterless coolant, pro & con article hereOn a car you plan to keep, faster warmup, fewer hot spots, and less corrosion may offset the higher initial cost Will
