Sorry to all tennis fans, but I can’t stand watching Wimbledon. So in my household, the 4/4 will be getting plenty of miles and plenty of cosmetic attention during the next two weeks. Bud 4/4 - Stanley

The growl of a Morgan is infinitely preferable to the grunt of a tennis player 😄

Oh Bud, please don't apologise, I can't stand "Big Ping-Pong" especially when it's on nearly all day and on BBC1 and BBC2. I even had to sit up until 11.45 last night ( with my damaged ribs ) just to watch the last day of a brilliant test series against the Kiwis which England won with a white wash. I know we all appreciate different sports but I have always thought that Wimbledon gets far too much coverage, it's not that good.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

Anything played with a round ball you can keep I have zero interest in any of them, the only game I watch with enthusiasm is played with an oval ball in this country.
I tried to avoid cricket and football at school, but Rugby I just loved it despite a couple of broken fingers and nose at one time, you just got on with it after a bit of tape round the fingers, you make friends for life through playing it.

As I've said many times, the BBC shows way too much sport.
I'm not bothered about any of it. Soon as it comes on, we change channels.
