Surely 'B unit' implies lesser worth than the 'Leader' ....where any thinking person knows all elements of the system are of equal worth (something which will become clear once the means of production lies in the hands of the proletariat!!)

The world has indeed gone mad. JLR need to concentrate on improving quality not nonsense like this.
Anyway, these offenders are far worse -
Ascari KZ1-R - upset Germans, where KZ is the abbreviation for Konzentrationslager, or concentration camp.
Mitsubishi Evo Zero fighter - upset Americans and British where the Japanese Zero fighter plane took thousands of Allied lives.
Honda Fitta (renamed Jazz) - upset Scandanavians where "Fitta" is slang for a woman's intimate zones.
Hudson Wasp - not popular in the USA where it offended those who were not White Anglo Saxon Protestants. That might have been the point of the name in the first place.
Mitsubishi Pajero - upset the Spanish and Latin Americans, where "Pajero" describes someone who is continuously masturbating. You all know the English word.
Isuzu GIGA Light Dump - need I say more.
Daihatsu Scat - same as above.
Mazda Laputa - which is Spanish for "whore"

Likewise the proposed naming of the RR Silver Cloud as the Silver Mist was changed due to it being a less pleasant connotation in German!
As for the Honda Jazz ... even the 'safe' rename has some steamy associations at its root (though blunted by regular musical useage these days)

K Yep mist comes out of cows and it isn't the ferry  Though it does linger if you step in it for a ferry long long time
