Is there a fuel filter on a 2010 Duratec Plus 4 and if so, where is it?

Duratec Plus 4 yes. Filter behind tank. Cylindrical, held by single clamp, connections each end. Part # MPS0952

In case anyone is unaware….you need to depressurise the fuel system before changing the filter.
1. Open fuel filler cap
2. Start engine
3. remove fuse for fuel pump
4. wait until engine stops running due to running out of fuel
5. Remove & replace filter
6.Replace fuse, filler cap, turn on ignition and allow pump to prime, start engine. Check for leaks.

Thanks for the advice. I forgot to mention that she is a 4 seater. Does that make a difference? "Behind the tank", does that mean on the rear of the vehicle side of the tank? Thanks.

I have never looked closely at a 4 seater, but if like the two seater, would guess that if you remove the spare wheel, you should see it between you and the fuel tank.It’s about 50mm diameter, clamped horizontally and may be coated with underseal.
