I think these are the most tempting aspects of the advert: rear indicator lamp lens orange x 2

Yes it's a beauty and about the same price as "good one's" selling in USA, Belgium and Netherlands

This beauty is currently residing in South Africa - A bit of money but you get some really good performance modifications with it, and it's been used. I would say suspiciously clean , that looks to be like a garage queen. Nice car BUT some of those mods from RPI are "not the best" so I would prefer to start on a cleaner canvas. The 4.6 engine, provided the Hot-wire ecu has been chipped, will develop loads of torque , but can the chassis take it? Only if you don't corner too enthusiastically. When I was looking for a +8 after selling my +4, Rick Bourne advised me not to go for the bigger engine as the 3.9 develops "sufficient power" for any non-track needs.

I was similarly steered away from the 4.6 by someone that knows the breed well, if I recall correctly they said the 4.6 lump is a tad heavier too but offset with additional torque as you say. I wondered with the 21k miles and cleanliness whether they were track miles as the underside is consistent with other race/track cars I have seen. Either way it is a very well presented car.

Presenting a Morgan as clean as this without a strip down would be days and days of work.
Just try preparing one corner and you'll get the idea. It didn't leave the factory like that, so it's had a lot of work done.

That's very interesting, maybe it's been rebuilt following an incident and hence the cleaner than factory look...

I did consider that too -freshly painted or powder coated after?? Happy to have a free and high revving 3.9 👌

Yes we got the right engines Murray, that is too new under there for the real world unless it's been rebuilt recently. It is a work of art mind  Do you have the E5 or Ethanol problem out there ? I run E5 here until I feel the need to swap the hosery over, it's only a couple of bob more a tankful so no need to rush into it especially as the engine seems a wee bit more responsive running it. Our engines are good for E10 it's just the plumbing as you probably know.

I run E5 95 octane here, Shell seems to give the best mileage. Have run E10 98 for a short time but no noticeable improvement in performance and I was worried about the rubbery bits.
