I had many conversations about the 4/4 while touring in Scotland, mostly with US visitors. It struck me that I could put a small QR code in the screen with a link to the Wikipedia page for the 4/4, or a custom web page with links to other resources. I could then point people to it or people could find it in my absence. Here are QR codes to link to the 4/4, +4 and +8 Wiki pages: 4/4 +4 +8![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2022/07/20/Morgan_Plus8_QR.png) For the uninitiated, most phones have a QR code reader built into the camera app. Just point the camera at the code and it will give you a link to the web page to click on.

Clever idea!
But I wonder if the average admirer of a Morgan is familiar with QR codes

Clever technology. But to an Old Schooler like me, having that much information on a car being in the public domain is somwhat akin to Tamara Ecclestone posting on Instagram showing her daughter boarding a private jet and going on holiday......then wondering why she was burgled......

I think I know what a Morgan and have an idea as to what a QR code might be, though never having used one I think there may well be advantages to using them as a facility to pass on information to those viewing interesting vehicles at car shows etc. Thus thanks to David and JonG4 for the heads-up. Being old school myself I guess it is up to the individual as to whatever info he/she might care to incorporate on the page that the QR code links to, and the means of displaying the QR can be removed and replaced as and when thought advantageous to do so..? My guess is that even old school as I think I may be, there will be TB`s and more of data out there about me and mine from the weekly to shop to so many other aspects of our life choices, thus a few pics and tales of a rebuild of an interesting classic may not have data miners jumping for joy... Each to their own.

But I wonder if the average admirer of a Morgan is familiar with QR codes A bit of text under the code could help. Still about the size of a stamp.

This is a great idea for the show exhibitors among you As nearly every official letter I receive these days has a QR code on it I'm pretty sure most people know how they work.
