Bored of me yet! i keep thinking of stuff, that could be relevent and found TM Image! To answer whether they were crafted for left and right, I doubt it, Neale said to put the higher one (5-6mm difference) on the drivers side. All lubed up a good few days before fitting etc.. Shackles and bolts cleaned. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/07/25/leaf-1.jpg)

That’s quite a bit of difference! There is little that can go wrong with the installation and if the car was not that bad before the change then I would have chat a with Mulfab and show them that rear end pic. It’s not inconceivable that there is an issue with the new springs, maybe the crimping of the rebound clips or something? One other possible thought is how different is the camber on the old springs? It could be that somebody originally fitted springs with different cambers to offset an original build issue maybe.

Rog, taken before the great pandemic, little mileage since. I did compare old and new, same camber. old ones were the originals, I assume +8 old stock. Rebound clips, as in the clamps around the srings holding them in place? I will definetly give MulFab a shout. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/07/25/no-list.md.jpg) looks fairly level june 22 I would have noticed long before, I have OCD when its this car! ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/07/25/Parked.md.jpg) I have since put the jubilee wall covering up LOL Thanks, Paul

I am no expert in anyway, but are you implying in that pic that the axle isn't level? It may not be possible, but I would be inclined to jack the car up on both sides so it is level, then see how the axle lies, assuming it is not sitting on the chassis.

Yes re the clips Paul. What is the front like? Perhaps a sticky pin maybe, still on those original plastic bushes? If you jack in the centre at the front is the rear still twisted?

It’s the body that is on the P. One side of the axle is the right height from the bump stop, the other is on the chassis bump stop, thus I believe forcing the O/S higher. I could simply be looking at a naff spring, that has not enough oomph to raise the axle.

I had SSL fitted a couple of years back part of my endeavour to make the ride a little more comfortable for my wife. New Chrome pins, new bushes, springs etc. so no devol I shall spend another evening in the garage, whip the front up, check out the twist; should please the my wife, spending yet another evening on my other love interest!

So swapping the springs left to right would resolve the chassis versus spring ambiguity or not ?
