This lunch time we were trying to enter my MILs retirement flat when a dpd van parked right across the entrance as we approached with our left turn indicator on. Ignoring us despite indicators & a friendly horn blast, the driver wandered away to deliver a parcel. I decided to complain to dpd over this atrocious driving & disrepect for others. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/08/04/20220804_121512.jpg) It took a while to complain as DPD don't give out email addresses and we obviously didn't have a parcel ref number for an online form to be sent in. Anyway the UK MDs email if you need it is elaine.kerr@dpdgroup.co.uk I have a response from her office so it works. Will let you know the outcome.

If you search under British Gas and scroll down you’ll find Centrica.

If you are dealing with a quoted company and are getting nowhere then I have often found an e mail to investor relations gets some action . This included a complaint to Whirlpool a company headquartered in the USA . I threatened to e mail all the brokers who traded their shares to tell them what a mess they were in and had my issue resolved in 24hours.
