Have an inline '4 from a '66 +4 that's been sitting around for a few decades, we want to get it cleaned up, running, and potentially drop it in one of our two project +4's. I've been struggling to find an engine test-run stand that would appear to work with such an engine, are you folks aware of any? I'd prefer not to have to DIY one together with my limited free time, and I want something I can easily roll in and out of storage. Located in the US if that makes any difference.

Sounds like two different requirements to me.
I have only test run car size engines using bespoke brackets firmly bolted to concrete.
For moving/storing engines I keep one bolted to my rotating engine build stand, other spare engines live on scrap rotary mowers with the mower's engine removed - the car engine sump rests through the hole thereby revealed! Easily moved & free!
