I have the benefit of a factory warranty, and am reasonably confident of the vehicle's provenance.
What does it even mean to have a factory warranty? I also have a factory warranty on a new 2021, but my "dealer" ghosted me when it came time for the repairs they promised. It's been a month since I asked for help, but they can't be bothered so far. So what's it really worth at the end of the day if you don't happen to have direct access to the factory, like you do? What recourse does an American customer with a "factory warranty" have when the only accessible dealer dances around the 'warranty" once they've stuck you with the car? We're forced to call in the attorneys because we have no other choice. Is that really what Morgan wants for its customers? There's no room for bad faith dealers when there are so few of them in this country, Morgan.
Incidentally, I noticed a tiny crack in one of the interior panels on day one. It's since expanded to about an inch and a half. You're fortunate to have direct access to the factory. Don't let them off the hook. Or are cracks in the bodywork part of the "experience" too?
