Had an interesting offer from a South western Morgan dealer for a 70's Plus 8 they are marketing purporting to be once owned by Bruce McLarens brother, unfortunately I dont believe he had one! Though I have met a sister many times.

This car was sold by Bonhams at the 2021 Beaulieu action. It was then described as having been owned by Bruce McLaren's brother and came from the Channel Islands, Jersey I think. I saw it at Berrybrook at their open day a couple of months later where it was on a ramp, presumably undergoing some work. My recollection is that the sale price at the auction was a fair bit less than the current asking price. Of course, it may be that the buyer at Bonhams had to pay import charges as it was most likely on temporary import licence for the sale.
